Day 24: Chop, where I go in a surprisingly not dark or sci fi direction:

This was just a bit of fun. I don't think I could draw if my livelihood depended on it, since I'd over think and just lock up in that case (seriously, I don't know how artists do this on demand). But for just a bit of fun in the evenings after a day at work? It's just fine. I didn't even tweet them out, just posted them here and the doodling thread over at Penny Arcade (Inktober starts on page 46).

Wow! That place exists still? Penny Arcade forums... **shudders** I still have nightmares from that place. It was there that I learned the internet is a vile cesspool of hate and anger. A place where I was told I have the drawing abilities of a 5 years old. Which was a compliment because I always say myself as having the drawing abilities of a 4 year old.

Day 25: Prickly
The PA forums have improved substantially since I joined them. The new admin and moderator staff lock unpleasant behavior down hard and it's changed into possibly one of the nicer and inclusive online communities.
I know, 10 years ago an LGBTQ Thread in Social Entropy (their less regulated, off topic forum) would have been an ugly, ugly place. Now though? It's inspiring to see the support the forum has for the members who identify as such.
I'll try not to advertise the place after this post, but I'd ask you to give it a second chance if it's been a while since you got burnt by the community.
